Innovative Feature: USER IDENTIFICATION
With SV Online Assistance you will be able to identify users in real time; for example during a chat, a phone call or after they have received an email message.
However, you will always be able to identify users at a later time (even after the visitor has left the website): if, for example you receive an order with their personal data, or an email.
